show the ability instead of the disability

Let's not stop them now, Autism NZ
97% of adults with Autism have the desire to work, but are unable to find jobs. This is because employers focus on what autistic people struggle with, rather than the attributes that would make them useful workers. People with Autism generally have extreme attention to detail, the ability to identify patterns and stay extremely focused for long periods of time. So we showed employers the skills they were missing out on by showing them the geniuses that have been retro-diagnosed with Autism, but still managed to influence society today.
